Quick Update:
Obi’s Firefighter Journey:
Step 1 - CPAT exam: On December 5, I passed my CPAT (Candidate Physical Ability Test, first step to becoming a firefighter). Thank you all!
Step 2 - EMS: On January 21, I will begin a 15-week EMS (Emergency Medical Services) program at Front Range Community College
First Term Report: Hope you enjoy reflecting on the significant achievements of my first term on City Council, many of which were made possible through collaboration with staff, the community, and fellow councilors.
Events:
Free recreation and fitness classes (1/1/25 to 1/7/25): Available at City Park (10475 Sheridan Blvd.), West View (10747 West 108th Ave.), Swim & Fitness (3290 W 76th Ave.), and The MAC (3295 West 72nd Ave.)
Free Christmas tree recycling (through Jan 25, 6-8PM): recycle your trees at City Park Fitness Center's lower lot (10475 Sheridan Blvd.); no other dumping allowed.
