BIPAC stands for Black, Indigenous, People of Color Political Action Committee.
BIPAC is a new Leadership fund founded by Obi Ezeadi aimed at unlocking the full potential of Black and Brown leadership in Colorado politics by providing strategic and financial support to progressive candidates of all minority backgrounds.
The PAC will be a great equalizer and capacity-building mechanism for outsider candidates with non-traditional backgrounds, serving as an equitable catalyst for positive change for better representation across state and local office in Colorado.
BIPAC was created in February 2023 and it is the Colorado’s first political action committee solely focused on financing Black and Brown candidates for office. During 2023’s municipal elections, BIPAC endorsed and financially empowered (with your donations) 6 remarkable BIPOC candidates, distributing a total of $4,450 across Colorado.
3 of our candidates won in 2023 and are poised to reshape Colorado's political landscape.
