Westminster Update
Update on American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds as of Q3 2023: Bill was signed into law March 2021, providing $14.5M directly to Westminster. In October 2021, Westminster used the full $14.5M as backfill for lost revenue due to COVID-19. Reply to this email if you have any questions on these projects:
